Terms and Conditions for STONE & GRAIN Facebook contest
Information on the prize and how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. Entry to the competition
is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. Competition promoter
The Promoter is Stone and Grain (www.stoneandgrain.com.au) of 71 The Parade, Ocean Grove, VIC 3226
2. Competition dates
The competition commences at 19:30pm on Sunday 2 February 2014 and finishes at 20:00 on Wednesday 12 February 2014. The winner will be announced via Facebook on the Stone and Grain business page.
No responsibility will be accepted for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries.
3. Conditions of Entry & How To Enter
Entry is open to anyone in the country of Australia who fulfils the entry requirements. That is that they must be able to attend the Greenhouse Interiors workshop, to be held at Stone and Grain on February 28th at 7pm. There will be three opportunities to enter the competition and entrants can submit an entry on all three occasions.
Incomplete and incomprehensible entries and entries with defamatory or offensive content are not eligible to win.
Stone and Grain will not be liable for any injury or loss which results directly or indirectly from the competition.
4. Judging criteria
The prize-winner will be selected by a representative of Stone and Grain on the date above.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. . The prize cannot be transferred to an alternative date.
5. Prizes
The prize-winner will win a ticket to the Greenhouse Interiors styling workshop at Stone and Grain on February 28th 2014 at 7pm. The workshop will run for approximately 2.5 hours. The prize is worth $149.00

6. Prize is redeemable upon presentation of proof of name.
7. Disclaimer
If there is an event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control that prevents or hinders the conduct of the competition or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prize to the winner, then the Promoter may in its discretion cancel the competition. Further, the Promoter may at its sole discretion recommence it under the same conditions.
Entry into the competition shall be deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry and is deemed approval to use the winners’ name(s) for publicity purposes. The Promoter may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these conditions of entry.
